Md Saddam Hossain Roni, a Bangladeshi youth leader, social entrepreneur, and mental health advocate. 

He is  the founder of SHADOW and Talk Hope, and currently serving as the Managing Director of SHADOW Engineering Solutions  ,  CEO of SHADOW IT & SHADOW Communications. 

With over 15 years of service through Rotary, he has worked on leadership development, suicide prevention, and community empowerment—both in Bangladesh and beyond.
